01How does pickup and delivery work?
Choose a service in the CleanSource app, add your items or select a laundry bag, then pick an available pickup window and save your address. A driver collects your laundry, brings it in for cleaning, and returns it to the same address. You can follow the order in the app along the way.
02Can I order by weight or by individual item?
Both. Choose a laundry-by-weight package for a full bag, or select individual garments and quantities for more specific care. The app shows the available packages and per-item prices before you place an order.
03When will I get my laundry back?
Turnaround depends on the service and available schedule. Review the pickup and estimated delivery windows shown in the app before placing your order.
04Can I see where my driver is?
Yes. When your driver is on the way for pickup or delivery, the app shows their location and estimated arrival. You also get order updates as your laundry is collected, cleaned, and sent back to you.
05How do I pay for my order?
You can pay using STC Pay in the app or choose cash at pickup. Review the price breakdown, including applicable tax and delivery fees, before confirming. Any available promo code can be applied to your order.
06Is CleanSource available in Arabic?
Yes. The mobile app supports both Arabic and English, including a right-to-left layout for Arabic. You can change your preferred language in your account settings.
